Florine Parker is a Certified Staging Professional (CSPI) and a member of The Real Estate Staging Association (RESA). She is Founder and CEO of ELITE STAGE PRESENCE, a Home Staging, Interior Decorating and Redesign company based in Charlotte, NC. Florine is most proud of the fact that she was personally trained by multi-award-winning and best selling author, Christine Rae, who is the Founder and CEO of the top Staging Training Academy in the world (CSP International Business Training Academy). Christine wrote the book on staging and continues to share a wealth of knowledge and information with Florine and others around the world.

Because Florine has a fifteen-year background as a stage and runway model, was a Certified Image Consultant and Interior Decorator, her son recognized her gift for design and encouraged her to pursue a career in home staging. And, she did. Whether it was styling clients, designing gift baskets, or decorating homes, Florine has always had a design project in the works. She enjoys her work in home staging and design. Through ESP she continues to satisfy customers in the Charlotte Metro Region.
